Introducing Real Estate Sonoma Style™!
If you’re wondering if I’ve left interior design behind completely, no, I have not. I’m just adding more services for my existing clients and for new clients.
Why the change?
I’ve been an interior designer for 21 years. And I do love so many things about it. But as you all have probably experienced at one time or another, you find yourself in a rut and change can stir both excitement and a chance for new adventures. I needed something new, and I wanted to keep aspects I loved the same. Here is why I love being an Interior Designer:
- I’m in a service business, which means I get to help people.
- And, I get to help them in their homes, which is a very intimate process, so I really get to know my clients.
- I get to work with beautiful things and create more beauty that is also functional and reflects my clients lifestyle and personality.
- My job is never the same day-to-day, or from project to project. I love that!
- Since I worked internationally I get to travel, one of my favorite things to do and a big part of who I am.
All this and more I will still get to do with my Real Estate Clients. And since I moved to Sonoma County in 2001 and fell in love with living here, I’d like to help others move here too, whether they are relocating, retiring or simply buying a vacation home or estate for their families and friends to come and enjoy wine country.
Sometimes you just have to change! Real Estate Sonoma Style
My business model is a bit different than most Real Estate agents. Not only will I offer to help with the Acquisition + Sales of property, I will of course offer Design + Renovation services. In addition I am also offering Management for both Property + Projects for those who aren’t here full-time. And, I will be offering Concierge Services. My premise is to welcome those who want to buy to be here part-time (read vacation homes) or relocating here full-time; and to be a full service company for them.
I’m partnering with my husband, who is also my broker, and has been the Realtor and owner of Sonoma County Properties for over 20 years. His family has lived here since the mid 1800’s and each generation has bought and sold real estate here. So together we offer both the in-depth knowledge of the business as well as the history of Sonoma county, plus the appreciation and understanding of what living here is really all about-especially when compared to other parts of the world.

My tag line:
“After all, when you buy Real Estate in Sonoma County, you aren’t just getting a home, you are getting a quality of life Sonoma Style™!”
And down the road I’ll be franchising out the “Real Estate _________ Style”, and partnering with like-minded service oriented professionals from the real estate industry or design industry who want to broaden their services for their clients; across the country, and perhaps internationally as well. But that’s a later conversation.
