Emfs-To Much Technology?

Emfs-To Much Technology?

EMFs or, Electric and magnetic fields are created whenever electricity flows through a conductor. These fields exist near power lines, in the wiring in your home, and near and in any electrical appliance or device, including all of our technology, plugged in or wireless. The question is, can electromagnetic fields (EMF) cause health problems such as brain tumors, ADD, chronic fatigue, headaches, heart problems, stress, forgetfulness, cancer and more? The jury is still out. Numerous studies have produced contradictory results. From my point of view as I don’t know for sure, I’d rather err on the side of personal health and well-being then not. And of course, I’m all about the Energetics of Space™ and creating a harmonious environment!

Here is some succinct information from The Natural Beauty Well blog site:     Negative Health Effects of EMFs 70% of the human body is made up of water. Cells consist of 97% water and 3% salt; this solution is able to conduct electricity. In fact, the brain continually emits bio-electromagnetic waves in order to regulate body functions. It thereby follows, that all our cells and tissues generate EMFs. When strong EMFs from the outside environment disrupt the body’s natural electromagnetic frequencies, our health is affected. Epidemiological studies have shown that EMFs are capable of disrupting normal cell polarity and blood functions. Sesitivity to EMFs can cause headaches, nausea, irritability, depression, anxiety, and ringing in the ears. Some studies have shown a correlation between high EMF exposure and cancer.

What home devices give off the most EMF’s? Electric clocks, plasma televisions, microwaves, hair dryers, computers, and mobile phones. Tips for Reducing EMF Exposure

  • Sit at least six feet away from the television.
  • Avoid using microwave ovens.
  • Avoid using electronic heating blankets or sleeping on a heated waterbed.
  • Always use a headset with your mobile phone.
  • Don’t sleep with an electronic clock within six feet of the bed.
  • Unplug electronic devices after using.
  • Invest in a product that enhances your own biofield.

In my research to find a good resource of helpful products to recommend to clients for use in their home or in their office I came across Gia Wellness… you can order directly from their site by inputing ID#67975, which by the way is not mine. I sell no products at this point! While I am in no way affiliated with Gia Wellness, I personally use the cell guard sliver on my iphone and ipad and the universal guards on my TV, microwave and computer. I am now thinking of getting a harmonizer for my at home office where I spend most of my day in front of this computer!  Do I recommend this product?…I’m just putting the information out there for you to check into.

Andrew Weil, M.D., said EMF pollution may be “the most significant form of pollution human activity has produced in this century, all the more dangerous because it is invisible and insensible.”
